Glaciarium by Fredrikson Stallard
This project for Fredrikson Stallard, in partnership with Swarovski, involved leveraging 3D scanning technology to explore the diverse forms of crystal shards. The goal was to create a series of Swarovski crystals for use in both showpiece and conventional lighting designs.
Using 3D scans, I captured the intricate details of various crystal shards and employed parametric design to refine and perfect their forms. The result is a collection that not only showcases the inherent beauty of crystal but also integrates seamlessly into innovative lighting designs.
The project highlights the elegance of crystal forms through both striking showpieces and functional lighting elements, demonstrating how advanced design techniques can enhance and celebrate the natural allure of Swarovski crystals.
