Antarctica Gueridon by Fredrikson Stallard

Developed for Fredrikson Stallard, this sculptural side table combines 3D scanning technology and parametric design to achieve a unique and striking form. The design process began with capturing the intricate geometry of a crystal shard through 3D scans. Using Rhino 3D and advanced parametric design techniques, I translated these scanned forms into a dynamic table structure.

The result is a side table CNC milled from acrylic, showcasing a blend of organic complexity and precise craftsmanship. Designed by Ian Stallard and Patrik Fredrikson, this piece epitomizes their innovative approach to design, while my development work ensured the concept was realized with meticulous attention to detail and technical precision.
