Bibliotheque by Fredrikson Stallard

Developed for Fredrikson Stallard, this sculptural bookshelf project began with hand sketches and advanced parametric design to transform these initial ideas into a functional piece of furniture. Using Rhino 3D and parametric modeling techniques, I translated the sketches into a series of patinated mild steel panels that flow together seamlessly.

Designed by Ian Stallard and Patrik Fredrikson, the bookshelf embodies a striking fusion of artistry and functionality. Each panel is carefully crafted to create a cohesive and dynamic form, resulting in a piece that is both visually compelling and practical. My development work ensured that the design translated smoothly from conceptual sketches to a beautifully realized piece of furniture.
